Reno Fastpitch is seeking volunteers to become ASA umpires. Due to the growth of Softball in the Truckee Meadows, certified Umpires are in short supply. If you are a former player or a parent and would like to support your athletes, Reno Fastpitch will pay for the ASA certification.

(Student and Parent Umpires earn a per game "Fee" once you are certified)

Reno Fastpitch has a Division for High School and 18 & Under players. ASA Regulations allow a "B" Level Team composed of no more than 4 Local High Schools to compete in ASA "B" Tournaments, and the State Championships, and other Tournaments, if you are registered and play at least 6 games in a "B" Recreational League. Teams will be grouped by 16 & Under, and 18 & Under age groups. If you are a Player or Coach that would be interested please contact:

Reno Fastpitch Sponsors an "B" Team Division. Teams would be scheduled and play on Reno Fastpitch Fields against other local "B" Teams . ASA Umpires would be provided. If you would like to play in Live Game situations with other "B" Teams during the week please contact us.
